I did have fireworks stamp but gave it to a local school along with several others.
So I reached for one of the first stamps that I bought many moons ago - red rubber and wood mounted.
I stamped the balloons a second time , coloured them with watercolour pens before adding glossy accents. I applied glitter to the background before decoupaging the balloons with 3D foam pads.
