This weeks challenge at CAS-ual Fridays involves the use of a 4" by 9" base card. Funnily enough I have promised myself to try differing my card shapes. I have been hooked into 6" by 6" cards for some time now.
Seeing as I still had the Trendy Trees roller out on the desk from my last post, I decided to use it again.
I cut a tree shape from ribbed card to create an embellishment and two stamped trees before mounting them on to Nestabiliites die cuts. The background is kraft that I rescued from an old manilla folder. I really must source some of the proper stuff!
I'm a bit worried that the result is a bit fussy for a CAS card. I have another in mind so I may add it to this post when I am done.

It's not too fussy, it still has clean lines and it's great how you've highlighted the larger tree. A super card. xx
Hello there Lillian, This is so pretty, love how you've run the design at the back and echoed it on the topper, matches perfectly, Gay xxx
Fresh and crisp design and color choice. Great job!
