LIM Challenge - 3..2..1

Gosh, I've managed to complete a card for this week's challenge over at the Less is More blog and it's only Tuesday!

It's been a lovely day here so I spent most of today in the garden trying to tidy up after the winds that we have had over the last couple of days.

 The theme at LIM is:
3 - 2 - 1

"This week we have a simple idea for you to use as the focus of your cards.
All that you need to do is to incorporate 3 of something, 2 of something and 1 of something else!"

I initially thought that this one would, indeed, be nice and simple...but as I have concluded many times before "simple" can turn out to be quite the opposite in terms of composition.

My card is made up of 3 stamped images, 2 zigzag borders and 1 sentiment.
I used a stamp from the Stampin' Up Tart and Tangy set.   I decide the use citrus colours to complement the stamp. The sentiment is Hero Arts and the borders were made using an  EK Success punch.  The punched squares were mounted on to the card with 3D foam pads.

This border punch was another item that I really had to have.  That was last year and this is the first time that I have really used it!
