Confused!

I logged in to add another post (last night 11.55pm) and was a little confused about the new layout that confronted me.  It look me a little while to suss out the new format and, as a consequence, yesterday's post is now today's post.......


I wanted to share with you another of my "altered" picture frames.

It is always interesting to explore new ways of using stamps - especially those  that are firm favourites.  In this case it is the Dandelion set from Lavinia Stamps and the script background stamp from Crafty Individuals.  I added a dragonfly and a bee (also from Lavinia) and the birds which are from a set by Tim Holtz. These were applied over a base coat of white acrylic paint.  This is a variation of a previously made frame posted here.

My friend Susy and I visited the Sincerely Yours craft show at Ingliston in Edinburgh last weekend. I purchased tubs of FlitterGlu and Dreamweaver embossing paste. I have been "playing" with these for a couple of days and will, hopefully, have something that is worthy to post soon. There is nothing like seeing products being demonstrated in real life to inspire you to have a go.
